He's still working hard without the puck, but as an average sized pivot, he's going to need to find his offensive game so as to keep in account for the first three rounds. His offensive game is truly growing and I believe he's a very strong pro prospect. I think he really needs to be more aggressive in shooting at the puck as defenders are taking the pass away on him, that appears to be taking him from his comfort zone. Results revealed that for most of the games, nine game statistics had obviously positive effects on the likelihood of winning (Shot, Shot on Goal, Shot from Counter Attack, Shot from Inside Area, Ball Possession, Short Pass, Average Walk Streak, Aerial Advantage and Tackle), four'd obviously adverse consequences (Shot Blocked, Cross, Dribble and Red Card), additional 12 figures had either insignificant or unclear results. Offensively, he seems to possess decent eyesight and produces a good breakout pass, however, he hasn't shown much want in leaping up in the rush or using his shot.
Again, at this point I just don't have a fantastic read on if he's a checking line prospect (and much more of a 4th-5th round guy), or a hard working scoring line free piece (and subsequently a 2nd/3rd round pick). He shows potential as the type of guy who can skate his way out of trouble, but his decision making with the puck remains suspicious. Again though, still making up my mind about the kind of role he'd have at the following level. Keep in mind though, that it is very early. Then again, I still now 've been watching UMD battle at Amsoil Arena for a while now, and I still can't figure out that. TCU requires one win to become bowl eligible, and Gary Patterson's teams appear to play their best when everybody else is out them. Considering that Brady has entered the team, it's been Peyton or even Big Ben, and one year of Flacco and a year old Gannon. With the battles of various other goalies in this draft course, he might have a shot to be the best NA net minder selected this season.
